Filing Requirements:

1.   Simply signed power of attorney.

2.   Nationality, name and address of the applicant.

3.   List of goods to be covered by the application.

4.   Twelve prints of the mark.

Renewal Requirement:

1.   Simply signed power of attorney.

2.   Trademark number, class and registration date.

Assignment Requirement:

1.   Simply signed power of attorney by the assignee.

2.   Deed of assignment.

Kindly note the following points:

1.   Time frame from filing up to registration is about 6 months.

2.   No opposition period.

3.   Trademarks are registered for ten years and renewed for the same period.
